Courier Options:

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured, ensuring your items are secure throughout their journey.

Tracked Postage:
We offer Next Day Guaranteed Delivery within the UK only. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow the journey of your order in real time.

Returns Policy:
Arezzo Jewellers offers a 14-day return policy for online orders only. Returns on in-store purchases are only accepted if the product is faulty.

Condition of Return:
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. You must also include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return an Item:

In-store Returns:
You can return your item in person at our store.
By Post:
If you choose to return by post, you are responsible for the postage fees and must ensure the item is securely packaged for safe return. We recommend using a tracked service for returns.
Faulty Items:
If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a return or exchange. Items deemed faulty will not be subject to the 14-day return limit.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
