Delivery & Returns Policy
UK Delivery:
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery for all UK customers free of charge and fully insured for peace of mind.
International Delivery
We currently deliver to selected international destinations.
All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (or an equivalent courier service), fully insured for peace of mind.
Delivery times vary depending on destination but are typically 5–10 business days.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees charged by their country.
Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Returns Policy
Online Orders: 14-day return policy.
In-Store Purchases: Returns accepted only if the product is faulty.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:
Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
How to Return
In-Store: Return your item in person at our Lymington showroom.
By Post: Customers are responsible for return postage. Items must be securely packaged, and we recommend using a tracked service.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Contact us immediately if you receive a faulty or defective item.
Faulty items are not subject to the 14-day limit and can be returned or exchanged.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
