Courier options: All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured.

Tracked Postage: We offer Next Day guaranteed delivery, UK only. We aim to dispatch your item the same working day your funds have cleared through our bank.

If your order was placed during the weekend, it will be dispatched on the nearest working day. You will receive signature and tracking details on the day of dispatch.

Returns: Arezzo Jewellers offers a standard 14-day return policy for online orders only. Please note the policy does not apply to purchases made directly at our store, as customers have the opportunity to inspect the product prior to purchase (unless faulty).

Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, accompanied by proof of purchase. You may return a piece in person or by post. If returning by post, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
